About Us Contact Us

The wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and staff is our number one priority. Although the UK Government has relaxed many guidelines and restrictions from 26th January 2022 we have maintained some protocols as best practice and some hotel and attraction suppliers have adopted procedures for your continued safety.

Please also refer to the government issued Passenger COVID-19 Charter which sets out the responsibility each individual passenger has prior to travel. www.gov.uk/government/publications/passenger-covid-19-charter/passenger-covid-19-charter

On the coach:
•   All our coaches will continue to have a sanitizing "fogging" treatment before the tour.
•   Air conditioning systems will be on fresh air intake mode to ensure the air in the coach is continually exchanged through filters that filter out virus and dust particles.
•   Hand Sanitizers, we hand gel everytime you board the coach to ensure touch points are as clean as possible.

At the hotel
•   Cleanliness will remain a priority.
•   Some hotels are not servicing rooms during the stay only by request, please advise reception that you require your room servicing if this is the case.

Attraction Visits
•   When visiting attractions our driver or the attraction staff will advise you on any procedures in place.

How can you help
•   Do not travel if you're experiencing any coronavirus symptoms or if you are waiting for Covid19 test results or have been given a positive result following a recent test.
•   Wash your hands and use sanitisers where available before and during travel.
•   Please comply with requests from hotels and attraction venues to follow their procedure.
•   You are responsible and must be prepared to have the correct certifications, vaccines or exemptions for your destination.
•   Under our privacy policy we reserve the right to share your data if required to Government or Health Services for Track & Trace purposes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you are flying with us
•   It is strongly advised that you check the websites of both your departing airport and your airline before you travel to check for any changes or updates to their Covid19 policy and where possible check in.
•   It is possible that the airline will require you to check in baggage to the aircraft hold and minimise any hand baggage - please check the airline website and terms before you travel.
